1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by GeoMia Fi Oy, as defined in this agreement, as well as to the sale of products and the granting of usage rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

2. Pricing principles

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific service or product, the pricing shall be based on the tiered price list confirmed by GeoMia Fi Oy at the time, available on the company’s website at store.geomia.fi. The tiered prices include public charges imposed by authorities in force at the time of purchase, excluding value added tax (VAT). VAT shall be added in accordance with applicable legislation. If public charges imposed by authorities change due to legislative amendments or changes in taxation practices, the prices of products and services shall be adjusted accordingly. At the customer’s request, work performed on Saturdays and between 17:00–08:00, or on public holidays will be charged at a 100% surcharge on the standard price in accordance with the current price list of GeoMia Fi Oy. Travel-related mileage compensation is not included in the standard service prices. GeoMia Fi Oy reserves the right to charge such costs separately in accordance with the applicable price list. Any non-standard travel arrangements shall be agreed upon separately.

3. Procurement of Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, GeoMia Fi Oy has the right to procure the materials, spare parts, and supplies required for the performance of the service.

4. Payment Terms

GeoMia Fi Oy offers various payment methods (online banking and credit card payments). Available payment methods are shown at the time of purchase. GeoMia Fi Oy charges customers immediately in connection with the sale.

5. Complaints

The customer must submit all complaints related to this agreement in writing to GeoMia Fi Oy and specify the events and facts forming the basis of the complaint.

6. Liability and Limitation of Liability

GeoMia Fi Oy shall have no liability for compensation; services are performed at the customer’s own responsibility.

GeoMia Fi Oy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

This is a digital service; therefore, all sales are binding and final. No right of withdrawal, cancellation, or return applies.

8. Assignment of Agreement

The customer shall not have the right to assign this agreement, in whole or in part, to a third party without the prior written consent of GeoMia Fi Oy.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

All amendments or additions to this agreement must be made in writing and approved by the signatures of both parties in order to be valid. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, void, or becomes invalid or void, or if any matter relating to the intended operation of this agreement has not been agreed upon, this shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions. In addition to these terms, this agreement shall in all other respects be governed by the applicable laws of Finland in force at the time of signing the agreement. The customer must submit all complaints related to this agreement in writing to GeoMia Fi Oy and specify the events and facts forming the basis of the
